Skerries seem to be favourites of the ResDubs posters - we'll see what thats worth at the weekend.

If our posters are right, then we should see wins for Skerries over a not fancied Ballymun, Cuala, Pats and TSS (just).

Results

Fingal Ravens 1-10 - St.Pats D 2-18

Convincing win by Pats Donabate

Cuala 2-09 - Thomas Davis 1-14

Thomas Davis Hold Out Against Cuala

Thomas Davis managed to edge their way into the semi-finals after seeing off Cuala by 1-14 to 2-9 down in Bray.

The visitors were ahead by 1-9 to 2-3 at the break, thanks to the wind, with Jack O’Connor getting the goal, but Cuala took over after the restart and pushed ahead of Davis.

Despite Dennis Ogbonna being shown a black card just at the start of the final quarter, Thomas Davis kept their nerve, kicking the next four scores to prevail by the time the final whistle blew.

Gareth Hayes and Kai Young Byrne were immense in the defence, and the scores put up by Ryan Fahey (0-5), Ross Mullarkey (0-5), and Shane Mullarkey (0-2) were central to them getting the result.

Ballymun 1-06 - Skerries 1-22

Skerries Harps Get The Job Done

Skerries Harps were in control from the off on Friday evening, earning a convincing 1-22 to 1-6 win over Ballymun Kickhams down in Páirc Ciceam.

Finn McGinnis absolutely set the tempo for the Harps with a brilliant display of high fielding from midfield, while Greg McEneaney and Eoghan O’Connor Flanagan were excellent at turning over possession as the game went on.

McEneaney got their only green flag, and the visitors ran out comfortable winners thanks to the scoring efforts of Paddy Copeland (who put up 0-6), Cillian Emmet (0-4), McGinnis (0-3), and Conor Moore (0-3).

Templeogue Synge Street 1-15 - Erins isle 4-10

16 scores to 14 but goals win games - Isles progress

Semi-Final

Semi final draw is - Games to take place on Nov 22nd

Erins isle v Skerries

Erins Isles got over the line against TSS with 4 goals, they're going to need more of the same to stay with Skerries Harps here.

Harps are out raging hot favourites for this Champsionship, lots of Dublin underage players to call on here

Verdict - Hard to see anything but a Skerries Harps win unless Isles can get a few goals.

St.Patricks Donabate v Thomas Davis

Pats are our second favourite for the title here, they had a pretty convincing win over Fingal Ravens in the last round, running up 2-18 for their troubles.

Thomas Davis also had a good win in the last round down in Bray against Cuala, scoring 1-14 and finishing the game strongly to get the win.

Verdict - Should be a good game of football, maybe Pats to have the edge.

St.Patricks Donabate 0-19 - Thomas Davis 2-11

As predicted, Pats just edge this one.

At Robbie Farrell Park, Clyde Burke and Adam Conroy kicked seven points apiece as St Pat’s pipped Thomas Davis by 0-19 to 2-11.
Levi Harley set the tone for the hosts with a brace of points from wing-back while Burke and Conroy kept the home scoreboard ticking over as the contest evolved.
Both Conor O’Leary and JJ Davison made strong impressions off the bench for a St Patrick’s team that did just enough to prevail thanks to further points by Aido Bukovec and Tadgh McDonald.

Erins isle 1-14- Skerries 2-21

Skerries with another big score in this round.

At Farnham Drive, a strong second quarter proved pivotal as Skerries Harps accounted for Erin’s Isle by 2-21 to 1-14.
Daire Geoghegan (1-2) and Paddy Copeland (0-5) were the chief scorers for the visitors with Copeland’s goal coming from a penalty while four Finn McGinnis points and 1-1 by Conor Moore proved too much for the battling hosts.

The Final should be a cracker between the two fancied sides from the outset.
